The Seabury Foundation offers the New Mexico Highlands University Media Arts Department an annual scholarship fund to help outstanding student achieve specific projects and goals during the school calendar year.  The criteria for selection include creative talent, academic achievement and financial need.  The purpose of this fellowship is to increase opportunities for students confronting challenging circumstances.  The financial support is designed to allow the recipients to reduce outside employment to a maximum of 20 hours per week in order to work on a special media arts project that focuses on building skills in new and emerging ideas in the field of Cultural Technology.
